Welcome to Hot S. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website and products provided by Swing Studio, registered in Hong Kong. By accessing our site or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these professional yet friendly terms. If you don't agree, please refrain from using our platform.
1. Eligibility & Accounts
To use our services or purchase from our store, you must create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details safe. Please provide accurate info so we can give you the best experience!
2. Online Store & Pre-orders
We love bringing you exclusive gear! Pre-orders allow you to reserve performance wear before it drops. Please note that pre-order timelines are estimates. We do our best to stick to them, but quality takes time. All store items are subject to availability.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices on Hot S are listed and processed in USD. We accept major credit cards and secure online payments. You agree to pay all charges incurred by your account at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide. Shipping times and costs depend on your location and the service selected. Once an order is shipped, the delivery is handled by our logistic partners. We aren't responsible for customs delays, but we'll help track your gear down if it goes missing.
5. Returns & Cancellations
We want you to feel confident in your Hot S gear. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for products that are unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, and must be returned in original packaging with all original tags attached; for hygiene reasons, bikini bottoms are only eligible for return if the protective hygiene sticker/liner is still attached and intact (returns will be refused if the sticker/liner is removed, damaged, or missing), and items must be free of stains, odors, deodorant marks, pet hair, or any other damage; return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, and once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived defective or incorrect); order cancellations are not accepted once payment is confirmed.
6. Privacy
We respect your privacy and are committed to keeping your personal information safe. Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
Everything you see on this site—logos, photos, designs, and text—is the property of Swing Studio. You're welcome to share our content on social media (tag us!), but please don't use it for commercial purposes without our written consent.
8. User Content
When you post reviews or share photos of yourself in Hot S clothes on our community pages, you grant us a non-exclusive license to feature that content. Keep it positive and respectful! We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our community vibes.
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Pole dancing involves physical activity. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hot S & Swing Studio are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of our site/products. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the order.
10. Indemnity
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hot S and Swing Studio and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your misuse of our website or services, (c) any content you submit, post, or share in connection with our site or social pages, or (d) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
11. Changes to Terms
We might update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business or legal requirements. When we do, we'll update the date at the top. Continuing to use the site means you're cool with the updates.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
