Welcome to Hot S. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website and products provided by HOTS LIMITED, registered in Hong Kong. By accessing our site or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these professional yet friendly terms. If you don't agree, please refrain from using our platform.
1. Eligibility & Accounts
To use our services or purchase from our store, you must create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details safe. Please provide accurate info so we can give you the best experience!
2. Online Store & Pre-orders
We love bringing you exclusive gear! Pre-orders allow you to reserve performance wear before it drops. Please note that pre-order timelines are estimates. We do our best to stick to them, but quality takes time. All store items are subject to availability.
3. Pricing & Payments
Our website features a currency converter so you can easily browse prices in your preferred currency. All payments on our site are securely processed through Stripe. Please note that while you can view prices in various currencies, your bank or credit card issuer may apply their own exchange rates or foreign transaction fees during checkout. Full payment is required at the time of purchase for both in-stock and pre-order items. HOTS LIMITED reserves the right to update pricing at any time.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Processing Times: For in-stock items, please allow up to 5 business days for us to process and hand over your order to our logistic partners. For pre-order items, processing and shipping timelines will follow the specific schedule announced during that pre-order period.
Shipping Costs & Tracking: Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. We may occasionally offer free shipping thresholds, which are subject to our active promotional campaigns at the time of your purchase. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your gear's journey.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (DDU): We ship worldwide. Depending on the courier and service selected, customs duties and taxes may be included in your shipping fee. However, unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, please assume all international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). In DDU cases, buyers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees imposed by the destination country. Hots Limited does not cover these additional custom fees.
Refused Packages: If you refuse a shipment (for example, due to unwilling to pay customs fees) and the package is returned to us, your original shipping fee is strictly non-refundable. Any return shipping costs or additional penalty fees incurred will be at the customer's expense and will be charged to your original payment method or deducted from your refund.
Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages: Once an order is handed over to the courier, HOTS LIMITED is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. We also aren't responsible for any customs delays. However, if your package goes missing, please reach out! While we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement, we will always do our best to help track your gear down and assist you in filing a claim with the logistic partner.
5. Returns & Cancellations
We want you to feel confident in your Hot S gear. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for products that are unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, and must be returned in original packaging with all original tags attached; for hygiene reasons, bikini bottoms are only eligible for return if the protective hygiene sticker/liner is still attached and intact (returns will be refused if the sticker/liner is removed, damaged, or missing), and items must be free of stains, odors, deodorant marks, pet hair, or any other damage; return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, and once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived defective or incorrect); order cancellations are not accepted once payment is confirmed.
6. Privacy
We respect your privacy and are committed to keeping your personal information safe. Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
Everything you see on this site—logos, photos, designs, and text—is the property of HOTS LIMITED. You're welcome to share our content on social media (tag us!), but please don't use it for commercial purposes without our written consent.
8. User Content
When you post reviews or share photos of yourself in Hot S clothes on our community pages, you grant us a non-exclusive license to feature that content. Keep it positive and respectful! We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our community vibes.
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Pole dancing involves physical activity. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HOTS LIMITED are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of our site/products. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the order.
10. Indemnity
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HOTS LIMITED and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your misuse of our website or services, (c) any content you submit, post, or share in connection with our site or social pages, or (d) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
11. Changes to Terms
We might update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business or legal requirements. When we do, we'll update the date at the top. Continuing to use the site means you're cool with the updates.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
